This Quotation Estimate is issued by LensCraft Studios LLC, a registered professional Photographer firm operating in the United Arab Emirates Dubai, in response to the client's request for comprehensive commercial photography services. The Photographer team will be responsible for capturing high-quality architectural, interior, and lifestyle imagery across multiple property developments in Dubai. All work will be conducted in full compliance with the regulations set forth by the Dubai Media Office and the UAE Federal Media Council.

Payment Terms
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of LensCraft Studios LLC, Emirates NBD, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The payment schedule for this Quotation Estimate is as follows:
- 50% Advance Payment (AED 54,836.25) – Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to the first shooting day.
- 30% Milestone Payment (AED 32,901.75) – Due upon completion of all on-site photography and delivery of raw image files.
- 20% Final Payment (AED 21,934.50) – Due upon delivery of the final edited portfolio and all digital assets.
Terms & Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate constitutes a formal offer by LensCraft Studios LLC (the "Photographer") to the client for the provision of professional photography services in the United Arab Emirates Dubai. Acceptance of this document by the client's authorized signatory shall constitute a binding agreement between both parties.
- The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule shooting dates with a minimum of 48 hours' written notice in the event of adverse weather conditions, force majeure events, or regulatory restrictions imposed by UAE authorities.
- All intellectual property rights in the final delivered images shall transfer to the client upon receipt of the final payment. The Photographer retains the right to use up to 10 images in their professional portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The Photographer shall carry comprehensive professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance with a minimum coverage of AED 5,000,000, valid throughout the United Arab Emirates, for the duration of the engagement.
- All drone operations shall be conducted in strict compliance with the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) of the UAE and Dubai Civil Aviation regulations. The Photographer is responsible for all necessary flight permits and no-fly zone clearances.
- Deliverables shall be provided via secure cloud transfer within 10 business days of the final shooting day. Any revisions beyond two rounds of feedback will be charged at AED 350 per additional round.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
- The Photographer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, property details, and unpublished imagery in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
- Any cancellation by the client after the advance payment has been received shall result in forfeiture of 50% of the advance as a cancellation fee, in addition to any costs already incurred by the Photographer.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include printing, framing, or physical media delivery. Such services may be quoted separately upon request.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Photographer services to be rendered in the United Arab Emirates Dubai.
