This Quotation Estimate is issued by Golden Hour Studios LLC, a licensed and insured Photographer operating in the United States Los Angeles metropolitan area, to provide comprehensive professional photography services for the Meridian Annual Corporate Gala. The Photographer will be responsible for capturing all key moments, speaker presentations, attendee portraits, and environmental details throughout the event. All deliverables will be edited, color-graded, and delivered in both high-resolution digital and print-ready formats. The Photographer will arrive no later than 3:00 PM on the event date to conduct venue scouting, lighting assessment, and equipment setup. Coverage will continue until 11:30 PM, encompassing a total of nine (9) hours of active photography time.

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, the Photographer reserves the right to revise pricing due to market adjustments, equipment costs, or scheduling conflicts within the United States Los Angeles photography industry.
- Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount, equal to $4,205.78, is due upon acceptance to secure the Photographer's date. The remaining balance of $4,205.78 shall be paid within fourteen (14) calendar days following the delivery of all final edited images.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations between thirty (30) and fourteen (14) days will forfeit fifty percent (50%) of the deposit. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the event will forfeit the entire deposit. This policy applies to both the Photographer and the Client.
- Usage Rights: The Client receives full commercial and editorial usage rights to all delivered images. The Photographer retains the right to use up to ten (10) selected images for personal portfolio, website, and social media promotion, subject to prior written approval from the Client for any sensitive or restricted content.
- Liability & Insurance: The Photographer carries a minimum of $2,000,000 in general liability insurance, valid throughout the United States and specifically covering operations in Los Angeles, California. The Photographer shall not be liable for loss of equipment due to acts of God, venue security failures, or third-party interference.
- Weather & Venue Contingencies: In the event of venue changes, schedule modifications, or adverse conditions affecting the United States Los Angeles event location, the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate adjustments. Additional hours beyond the contracted nine (9) hours will be billed at $350.00 per hour.
- Delivery Timeline: The Photographer guarantees delivery of the full edited gallery within twenty-one (21) business days of the event date. The same-day highlight reel will be delivered by 10:00 PM on the night of the event.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein, and authorizes the Photographer to proceed with the services described. This signature constitutes a binding agreement for the photography services to be rendered in the United States Los Angeles area.
