This Quotation Estimate is issued by Quantum Sciences & Research Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. in response to the formal request received from the National Institute of Advanced Materials, Mumbai, for the engagement of a senior Physicist to provide specialized research, advisory, and technical consultancy services. The scope of this engagement is specifically tailored to the operational requirements of the client's laboratory and research division located in India Mumbai, and all pricing, logistics, and compliance terms herein reflect the local regulatory, tax, and operational environment of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

The Physicist to be deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of a Ph.D. in Theoretical or Applied Physics, with at least twelve (12) years of post-doctoral research experience. The candidate shall be a resident of or willing to relocate to India Mumbai for the duration of the contract. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

Design and supervision of experimental physics protocols in the client's quantum optics and condensed matter laboratories.
Development of mathematical models and computational simulations for materials characterization.
Mentoring a team of six (6) junior research associates and post-doctoral fellows based in the Mumbai facility.
Authorship and co-authorship of a minimum of four (4) peer-reviewed journal publications per annum.
Representation of the institute at national and international physics conferences, including the Indian Physics Association (IPA) annual meeting held in Mumbai.
Collaboration with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay and the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) on joint research grants.
Monthly progress reporting to the institute's Board of Directors with detailed technical summaries.

Note: All amounts are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). The above Quotation Estimate is exclusive of any TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) that may be applicable under Section 194J of the Income Tax Act, 1961, of India. The client shall be responsible for deducting and remitting TDS at the prevailing rate of 10% on professional fees.

The total value of this Quotation Estimate shall be disbursed as follows:

Advance Payment (30%): ₹ 25,08,090 – payable within seven (7) working days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, prior to the commencement of the Physicist's engagement.
Quarterly Installments (20% each): ₹ 16,72,060 per quarter – payable within fifteen (15) days of the end of each calendar quarter, subject to satisfactory progress review.
Final Settlement (10%): ₹ 8,36,030 – payable within thirty (30) days of the successful completion of the twelve-month contract term and submission of the final research report.

All payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account of Quantum Sciences & Research Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., HDFC Bank, BKC Branch, Mumbai, India. Account details are available upon request.

5.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.

5.2. The Physicist engaged under this estimate shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual Property (IP) assignment clause. All research outputs, data, models, and publications generated during the tenure shall remain the exclusive property of the client institute.

5.3. The client reserves the right to terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In such an event, payment shall be made pro-rata for services rendered up to the date of termination.

5.4. Any force majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or pandemics affecting operations in India Mumbai, shall be grounds for suspension of obligations without penalty to either party.

5.5. All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and shall be governed by the laws of India.

5.6. The Physicist shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), the Department of Science and Technology (DST), and the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) where relevant to the research conducted.

5.7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized signatories.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Physicist in India Mumbai.
