The Physicist to be deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Theoretical Physics, Experimental Physics, or Applied Physics from a recognized institution. The Physicist will be based at the client's designated facility in Japan Tokyo and will perform the following duties:

• Conduct advanced research and experimental analysis in the client's field of interest (quantum mechanics, particle physics, condensed matter, or applied electromagnetics as specified).
• Design, calibrate, and operate laboratory instrumentation and measurement systems located at the Japan Tokyo research site.
• Prepare technical reports, peer-reviewed publications, and data analysis documentation in both English and Japanese.
• Collaborate with the client's internal engineering and R&D teams to translate theoretical findings into practical applications.
• Provide up to 40 hours per week of on-site presence at the Japan Tokyo facility, with an additional 8 hours allocated for remote analysis and reporting.
• Attend quarterly review meetings with the client's executive board to present progress and recommend strategic adjustments.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:

• Advance Payment (30%): 7,042,200 JPY due within 14 business days of contract execution, prior to the Physicist's deployment to Japan Tokyo.
• Monthly Installments (70%): 1,970,367 JPY per month, payable on the 5th business day of each subsequent month via bank transfer to the account specified in the contract annex.
• All payments are subject to a 1.5% late fee per month if not received within 30 days of the invoice date.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, all rates and availability of the specified Physicist are subject to revision.
2. The Physicist shall comply with all applicable Japanese labor regulations, including the Labor Standards Act, the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and the Science and Technology Basic Act as enforced in Japan Tokyo.
3. Intellectual property (IP) generated during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and Quantum Sciences & Research Solutions Ltd., unless otherwise stipulated in a separate IP agreement.
4. Either party may terminate the engagement with 60 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all costs incurred up to the termination date plus a 15% administrative fee.
5. The Physicist is bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary data, methodologies, and findings encountered during the engagement in Japan Tokyo.
6. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters (earthquakes, typhoons) common to the Japan Tokyo region, shall suspend obligations without penalty for a period not exceeding 90 days.
7. All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA) seated in Tokyo.
