This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request submitted by the Kazakhstan Institute of Nuclear Physics and Technical Innovation for the engagement of a senior Physicist to provide specialized consulting, research oversight, and technical advisory services within the city of Kazakhstan Almaty. The scope of work encompasses the following deliverables:
- On-site and remote consulting by a qualified Physicist specializing in particle physics, quantum mechanics, and applied nuclear science for a period of twelve (12) months.
- Design and supervision of experimental protocols for the new high-energy physics laboratory facility located in the Almaty Science and Technology Park, Kazakhstan Almaty.
- Preparation of peer-reviewed technical reports, feasibility studies, and safety assessments in compliance with the Republic of Kazakhstan regulatory standards (KazNIP-2024).
- Mentorship and training of a team of eight (8) junior researchers and graduate students at the Kazakhstan Almaty campus.
- Participation in at least four (4) international physics conferences and two (2) local seminars hosted in Kazakhstan Almaty during the contract period.
- Development of a comprehensive data analysis framework for the institute's accelerator-based research programs.

- 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
- 40% payable upon completion of the six-month milestone, subject to delivery of interim technical reports.
- 30% final payment upon successful completion of all deliverables and submission of the final comprehensive report to the Kazakhstan Almaty institute board.
- All payments shall be made in Tenge (KZT) via bank transfer to the account of Almaty Scientific Consulting LLP, Halyk Bank, Kazakhstan Almaty branch.
- Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.5% per calendar day as stipulated under the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Kazakhstan Almaty.
- The Physicist engaged under this agreement shall maintain full professional liability insurance and comply with all ethical standards of the Kazakhstan Physical Society.
- All intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and the consulting firm, as detailed in a separate IP addendum.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. In such cases, fees for work completed up to the termination date shall be payable in full.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by a formal service agreement.
- All services shall be rendered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kazakhstan Almaty under the rules of the Almaty International Arbitration Centre.
