This Quotation Estimate is issued by Quantum Dynamics Research Sdn. Bhd. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a qualified Physicist for professional consultancy, research support, and technical advisory services to be delivered within the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur metropolitan area. This document serves as a formal proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and associated financial charges for the requested Physicist engagement. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein and is valid for the period specified above.
The Physicist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services to the client based in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur:
- Advanced Research Consultancy: The Physicist shall conduct in-depth analysis, literature review, and theoretical modelling in the fields of quantum mechanics, condensed matter physics, or applied nuclear physics as specified by the client. All research outputs shall be delivered in accordance with Malaysian academic and industrial standards.
- Technical Advisory & Problem Solving: On-site and remote advisory sessions in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur to address complex engineering and scientific challenges, including experimental design, data interpretation, and simulation methodology. The Physicist shall be available for a minimum of 40 hours per week during the engagement period.
- Instrumentation & Laboratory Support: Guidance on the procurement, calibration, and operation of advanced physics laboratory equipment. The Physicist shall coordinate with local Malaysian suppliers and regulatory bodies in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur to ensure compliance with the Malaysian Nuclear Agency (Nuclear Malaysia) and relevant Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) regulations.
- Report Writing & Documentation: Preparation of detailed technical reports, feasibility studies, and white papers. All documentation shall be submitted in English and Bahasa Malaysia as required by the client's operational needs in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Delivery of up to four (4) structured training workshops for the client's in-house technical team, covering advanced physics principles, computational methods, and experimental techniques. Sessions shall be conducted at the client's premises in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur or at our facility in Menara KL.
- Regulatory Compliance Review: Assessment of the client's current operations against Malaysian national standards, including MS 1525 (electrical safety) and relevant physics-specific regulatory frameworks applicable in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.

4.1 A non-refundable deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount, amounting to RM 52,629.00, shall be payable within seven (7) working days of the client's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
4.2 The remaining seventy percent (70%) shall be payable in two equal instalments: fifty percent (50%) upon completion of the second month of the Physicist engagement, and the final fifty percent (50%) upon delivery of all outstanding deliverables and the final technical report.
4.3 All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the company account of Quantum Dynamics Research Sdn. Bhd. at Maybank, Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. Invoices shall be issued in accordance with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) requirements.
4.4 Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of two percent (2%) per month on the outstanding balance, calculated from the due date until the date of actual payment.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
5.2 The Physicist engaged under this agreement shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all client data, research findings, and proprietary information. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of work.
5.3 Any changes to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be approved in writing by both parties. Additional services beyond the agreed scope shall be billed at the prevailing hourly rate of the Physicist as stated in Section 3.
5.4 This engagement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2005 of Malaysia.
5.5 The Physicist shall comply with all applicable Malaysian labour laws, workplace safety regulations (OSHA 1994), and professional conduct standards set by the Malaysian Institute of Physics.
5.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by both parties.
