Scope of Physiotherapist ServicesOur team of qualified Physiotherapist professionals in Germany Munich will provide comprehensive rehabilitation and therapeutic services as detailed in the itemised table below. Each session is conducted by a state-certified physiotherapist (staatlich anerkannte Physiotherapeutin / staatlich anerkannter Physiotherapeut) in accordance with the German Physiotherapy Act (Masseur- und Physiotherapeutengesetz – MPhG) and the applicable Bavarian state regulations.

1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices and availability of the assigned Physiotherapist may be subject to revision in line with current market rates in Germany Munich.
2. Payment Terms: Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice issuance. Invoices will be issued in instalments: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the mid-treatment review, and 30% upon final session completion. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to our account at Commerzbank Munich (IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00).
3. Cancellation Policy: Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' prior notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged at 50% of the session fee. This policy applies to all Physiotherapist appointments booked through our Munich practice.
4. Insurance & Reimbursement: This Quotation Estimate is issued for private-pay clients. Should the client wish to submit the treatment for reimbursement through a German statutory health insurance (gesetzliche Krankenversicherung) or private health insurance (private Krankenversicherung), a physician's prescription (Ärztliche Verordnung) must be provided prior to the commencement of treatment. Our practice in Germany Munich is contracted with all major German health insurance providers.
5. Professional Standards: All Physiotherapist services are delivered in strict compliance with the German Medical Professions Act, the Bavarian Physiotherapy Regulations, and the professional code of ethics of the German Association of Physiotherapists (Deutscher Verband für Physiotherapie – VdP). All practitioners hold valid professional licences issued by the Bavarian State Ministry of Health.
6. Data Protection: In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), all patient data collected during the course of this treatment programme will be processed, stored, and handled in full compliance with applicable data protection laws. A separate data processing agreement is available upon request.
7. Liability: Münchner Physiotherapie Zentrum GmbH shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the services described in this Quotation Estimate. Our total liability is limited to the total value of the services rendered under this estimate.
8. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the local court of Munich, Germany (Landgericht München I).
Acceptance & AuthorisationBy signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above. The assigned Physiotherapist will be confirmed in writing within five (5) business days of acceptance. The treatment programme will commence no earlier than the date specified in the confirmed appointment schedule.
