This Quotation Estimate is issued by Algiers Plumbing Solutions SARL, a licensed and certified Plumber operating in the greater Algiers metropolitan area of Algeria. - Payment Terms: A deposit of 40% (119,000 DZD) is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to schedule the Plumber team. The remaining 60% (178,500 DZD) is due upon completion and client sign-off of all work. Payment may be made by bank transfer to our account at BNA, Algiers branch, or by certified check.
- Project Duration: The Plumber work described in this Quotation Estimate is estimated to be completed within five (5) working days from the date of the deposit, subject to material availability in Algiers.
- Warranty: All Plumber labor is covered by a twelve (12) month workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on supplied equipment (water heater, faucets, backflow device) are passed directly to the client and are separate from our Plumber labor warranty.
- Access and Scheduling: The client agrees to provide the Plumber team with full access to the property between 08:00 and 18:00 on working days. Work will not be performed on Fridays or Algerian public holidays without prior written agreement.
- Change Orders: Any additional Plumber work not included in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost, approved by the client before execution.
