3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs, labour rates, or regulatory requirements applicable to Plumber services in Canada Toronto.
3.2 Payment Schedule: A deposit of 30% ($2,531.48 CAD) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the scheduled work date. The remaining 70% ($5,906.80 CAD) shall be due upon completion and final sign-off by the client. Payment may be made by certified cheque, bank transfer, or major credit card. No work shall commence until the deposit has been received in full.
3.3 Warranty: Toronto Premier Plumbing Solutions Inc. provides a two-year (24-month) workmanship warranty on all labour performed by our Plumber team. All manufacturer warranties on installed equipment (water heater, valves, fittings) remain in effect per the respective manufacturer's terms. This warranty is valid only for work performed within the City of Toronto, Canada jurisdiction.
3.4 Permits and Compliance: Our Plumber is responsible for obtaining all necessary municipal permits from the City of Toronto, Canada prior to commencing work. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the Ontario Building Code, the City of Toronto Plumbing By-law, and all applicable federal and provincial regulations governing plumbing work in Canada.

The Plumber assumes full responsibility for any damage to the client's property caused by the work performed, excluding pre-existing conditions.
3.8 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the Ontario Arbitration Act. The jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada, with the City of Toronto as the primary venue.
