This Quotation Estimate is issued by Andes Plumbing Solutions SpA, a licensed and certified Plumber operating in the metropolitan area of Chile Santiago, to provide comprehensive plumbing repair, maintenance, and installation services at the client's residential property. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

Important Conditions for Plumber Services in Chile Santiago

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted due to material cost fluctuations in the Chile Santiago market.
Payment Terms: A 50% advance payment (CLP $553,350) is required to schedule the Plumber team and procure materials. The remaining 50% (CLP $553,350) is due upon completion and client sign-off of all work items. Payment may be made via bank transfer (Cuenta RUT), cheque, or approved credit card.
Work Schedule: The Plumber services will be executed over an estimated period of three (3) business days, Monday through Friday, between 08:00 and 18:00 hours, subject to client availability and access to the property in Santiago.
Warranty: Andes Plumbing Solutions SpA provides a twelve (12) month warranty on all labor performed by the Plumber team and a manufacturer's warranty on all installed components. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
Access and Permits: The client is responsible for ensuring the Plumber has full access to all areas of the property where work is to be performed. If any municipal permits from the Municipalidad de Santiago or Ñuñoa are required for structural modifications, those fees are the client's responsibility.
Unforeseen Conditions: Should the Plumber discover hidden damage, corroded sections, or non-compliant installations not visible during the initial inspection, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued for the client's written approval before any additional work commences.
Insurance: The Plumber and all team members are covered under a comprehensive liability insurance policy (Póliza de Responsabilidad Civil) valid throughout the Chile Santiago metropolitan area, with a coverage limit of CLP $50,000,000 per incident.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the Consumer Protection Agency (SERNAC) or the competent courts of Santiago, Chile, in accordance with Chilean law.

Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Plumber services in Chile Santiago and authorizes Andes Plumbing Solutions SpA to proceed with the work as described herein.
