The total amount of CNY 19,662.00 (Nineteen Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty-Two Yuan) shall be settled as follows: a 40% advance payment (CNY 7,864.80) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to the commencement of any Plumber work on-site. The remaining 60% balance (CNY 11,797.20) shall be paid within seven (7) calendar days following the successful completion of all works, the pressure test, and the client's written sign-off on the completion certificate. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the company's designated corporate account at Bank of China, Pudong Branch, Shanghai, or via Alipay / WeChat Pay for amounts not exceeding CNY 5,000 per transaction.
Important Notice: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and are subject to adjustment should there be a material change in the cost of plumbing materials or labour rates in the China Shanghai market beyond 5%. All work is guaranteed for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance, covering both workmanship and materials supplied by the Plumber team.- 5.1 — The Plumber services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed by licensed and certified technicians registered with the Shanghai Municipal Construction Commission. All personnel shall carry valid identification and professional qualification certificates on-site.
- 5.2 — The client agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to all areas of the property where plumbing work is to be carried out. Any delays caused by restricted access shall extend the project timeline on a day-for-day basis without additional cost to the client.
- 5.3 — Should the Plumber team, during the course of the work, discover hidden defects or additional damage not visible during the initial inspection, a supplementary Quotation Estimate shall be issued for the client's written approval before any additional work commences.
- 5.4 — All plumbing materials to be used shall be new, of genuine manufacturer origin, and compliant with the applicable national standards of the People's Republic of China. Material brand and model specifications are detailed in Appendix A (available upon request).
- 5.5 — The service provider shall obtain all necessary permits and notifications from the local Huangpu District Housing Authority prior to any work affecting the building's shared plumbing infrastructure.
- 5.6 — In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this Quotation Estimate, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be submitted to the Shanghai International Arbitration Center for binding arbitration in accordance with its rules.
- 5.7 — This Quotation Estimate constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Plumber services described herein and supersedes all prior oral or written communications, estimates, or understandings.
Subject to the client's confirmation and the 40% advance payment, the Plumber team shall mobilise to the site within three (3) business days. The estimated total duration for all works outlined in this Quotation Estimate is five (5) to seven (7) consecutive working days, excluding any days lost to adverse weather, municipal water shutdowns, or client-requested pauses. A detailed day-by-day work schedule will be provided to the client upon project commencement.
