This Quotation Estimate is issued by Nile Delta Plumbing & Maintenance Co. to provide Mr. Ahmed Hassan El-Sayed with a comprehensive, itemized breakdown of all costs associated with the full plumbing repair, inspection, and maintenance services to be performed at his residential property located in the Mansheya El-Gedida district of Egypt Alexandria. This document serves as a formal Plumber service proposal and shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. All pricing is quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and includes applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 14% as mandated by the Egyptian Tax Authority.
The undersigned Plumber team, comprising two certified technicians and one senior supervisor, will carry out the following services at the client's premises in Egypt Alexandria. All work will be performed in accordance with Egyptian Building Code regulations (Ministry of Housing and Urban Development standards) and the Alexandria Governorate municipal plumbing bylaws.
- Complete inspection of all residential plumbing lines (supply and drainage) across three floors.
- Diagnosis and repair of two (2) corroded copper supply pipes on the second floor.
- Replacement of four (4) faulty ceramic washbasin faucets and one (1) kitchen mixer tap.
- Clearing and descaling of the main vertical drainage stack (approximately 12 meters).
- Installation of a new 1,000-liter underground water storage tank with automatic float valve and overflow protection.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable deposit of 30% (EGP 12,072.60) is due upon acceptance of this document to secure the Plumber team's schedule and reserve materials. The remaining 70% (EGP 28,169.40) shall be payable within seven (7) business days following the client's written sign-off on the completed Plumber service report. Payment may be made via bank transfer to Nile Delta Plumbing & Maintenance Co., National Bank of Egypt, Alexandria Branch, Account No. 0045-8821-3376, or by certified cheque.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect current material costs in the Egypt Alexandria market.
- All Plumber workmanship is guaranteed for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of completion, covering defects in workmanship only. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms.
- The client agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring Plumber intervention. Failure to do so may result in additional mobilization charges.
- Any work beyond the scope described in Section 2 of this document shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional Quotation Estimate prior to commencement.
- All materials to be used are new, unused, and compliant with Egyptian Standards Organization (EGS) specifications. The Plumber team will present material invoices upon request.
- The contractor shall obtain any necessary permits from the Alexandria Governorate municipal authority at no additional cost to the client, unless the permit fee exceeds EGP 2,000, in which case it shall be borne by the client.
- Work hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in accordance with Alexandria municipal noise regulations. After-hours or Sunday work will incur a 50% surcharge.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the deposit has been received.
By signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate accurately represents the Plumber services, materials, and costs to be delivered in Egypt Alexandria. The undersigned Plumber company commits to executing all listed work to the highest professional standard.
