This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atlas Plumbing & Sanitary Solutions, a licensed and insured Plumber operating in Morocco Casablanca, to provide comprehensive plumbing and sanitary installation services for the above-mentioned residential property. The Plumber team will execute the following scope of work:
- Complete replacement of the existing copper piping network (approximately 180 linear meters) throughout the 4-story residential building, including hot and cold water supply lines, in compliance with Moroccan building regulations (Réglementation Thermique Marocaine – RTM 2011).
- Installation of a new 500-liter stainless steel water heater (brand: Ariston or equivalent) on the rooftop terrace, including all necessary mounting brackets, gas connections, and safety valves.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Plumber reserves the right to revise pricing due to material cost fluctuations in the Morocco Casablanca market.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon signing of the work order, 40% upon completion of 70% of the Plumber works, and 20% upon final acceptance and handover. All payments shall be made in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) via bank transfer to the account of Atlas Plumbing & Sanitary Solutions, Bank CIH, Casablanca branch.
- The Plumber guarantees all workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance. All materials carry their respective manufacturer warranties, which are transferable to the client.
- All Plumber works shall be executed in strict compliance with Moroccan building codes, the Casablanca urban planning regulations, and the standards set by the Office National de l'Electricité et de l'Eau Potable (ONEE) for water supply connections.
- The client shall ensure uninterrupted access to the property and the Casablanca municipal water and sewer connections during the execution period. Any delays caused by the client or third parties (e.g., ONEE maintenance) shall extend the project timeline accordingly without additional cost to the Plumber.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include any structural modifications to the building, electrical works, or painting. Such items, if required, will be subject to a separate Quotation Estimate.
- Any variation or additional work requested by the client beyond the scope defined herein shall be agreed upon in writing and priced separately before execution by the Plumber team.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved amicably. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
