- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs, labour rates, or exchange rates applicable in New Zealand Wellington.
- Payment Terms: 50% deposit (NZD $5,048.50) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the booking and order materials. The remaining 50% balance (NZD $5,048.50) is due upon completion of all work and issuance of the Certificate of Compliance.
- Warranty: All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties on supplied equipment (water heater, toilet, valves) are passed through to the client and typically range from 5 to 10 years.
- Compliance: All plumbing work will be performed in accordance with the New Zealand Building Code, the Plumbing and Drainage Regulations 2005, and Wellington City Council requirements. The Plumber will register all work with the relevant authority and provide the client with a Certificate of Compliance.
- Access and Scheduling: The client agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to all work areas. Work is scheduled Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Plumber will arrive on site by 8:00 AM on the agreed start date.
