Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following schedule: 40% advance payment (36,816 RUB) due upon signing of the service agreement; 40% interim payment (36,816 RUB) due upon completion of pipe replacement and fixture installation; and 20% final payment (18,408 RUB) due upon successful pressure test and final handover. Payment may be made via bank transfer to Neva Plumbing Solutions LLC (Account: 40702810000000012345, Sberbank, BIC: 044030640, Russia Saint Petersburg branch) or by cash receipt with official kassa receipt issued in accordance with Russian Federal Tax Service regulations.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices for Plumber materials and labour in Russia Saint Petersburg are subject to revision based on current supplier pricing and market conditions.
Neva Plumbing Solutions LLC guarantees all Plumber workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of final acceptance. This warranty covers defects in installation and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, freezing, or third-party interference.
All materials and fixtures not supplied by the client shall be sourced from approved suppliers registered in Russia Saint Petersburg and shall comply with GOST standards and local building codes of the Saint Petersburg municipal authority.
The Plumber assigned to this project, Sergey Volkov, holds a valid certification from the Saint Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and is fully insured for liability up to 5,000,000 RUB for any accidental damage to the client's property during the course of work.
Work hours for this Plumber engagement are Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 local time (MSK+1). Any work performed outside these hours or on public holidays in Russia Saint Petersburg will be billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
The client is responsible for providing safe access to all work areas, including the basement utility room and the roof access point for the main riser. Failure to provide timely access may result in schedule delays and additional mobilisation charges.
All waste generated during the Plumber works shall be removed in compliance with the waste management regulations of the City of Saint Petersburg, Russia. The client shall not dispose of any plumbing waste independently.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed the formal Service Agreement. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final agreement.
Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client after the initial inspection must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both the client and the supervising Plumber before additional work commences.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the civil legislation of the Russian Federation and, if necessary, through the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast.
