- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Plumber reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in material costs within Zimbabwe Harare.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) deposit is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Plumber's schedule and reserve materials. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due upon successful completion and sign-off of all plumbing works.
- All work performed by our Plumber team shall be guaranteed for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of completion, covering both workmanship and all installed materials, in accordance with Zimbabwe's Consumer Protection Act.
- The Plumber shall comply with all applicable regulations set by the Harare City Council, the Zimbabwe National Building Regulations, and the Zimbabwe Council for Plumber Engineers (ZCPE) professional standards.
- Any additional work not included in this Quotation Estimate scope shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval by the client before commencement.
- The client agrees to provide safe access to all areas of the property where the Plumber will be working, including the roof, basement, and external boundary walls.
- All waste materials generated during the plumbing works shall be removed from the site by the Plumber at no additional cost to the client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties. The Plumber company shall issue a formal Service Agreement upon acceptance.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent plumbing works shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
