This Quotation Estimate is issued by Sydney Metropolitan Security Services Pty Ltd in response to the formal request for Police Officer deployment and security services across multiple commercial and public-facing sites within Australia Sydney. This document outlines the comprehensive scope of work, associated costs, operational parameters, and contractual terms governing the provision of licensed Police Officer personnel to the client. All pricing is quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10%.

The following services encompass the full range of Police Officer duties to be performed within the Australia Sydney metropolitan region. Each Police Officer assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a current New South Wales Police Force commission or equivalent accredited security licence issued under the Security Industry Act 1998 (NSW). All personnel will undergo mandatory background verification, drug and alcohol screening, and ongoing professional development in line with NSW Police Force operational standards.

• Static Police Officer Post: Continuous presence of a uniformed Police Officer at designated entry points, lobbies, and perimeter areas of the client's premises in Australia Sydney, operating on a 24/7 rotational basis.
• Mobile Police Officer Patrol: Scheduled and random patrol operations by a Police Officer covering all client-owned properties within the Sydney CBD, Barangaroo, and Darling Harbour precincts.
• Event Security – Police Officer Detail: Dedicated Police Officer coverage for high-profile events, public gatherings, and VIP movements within Australia Sydney, including crowd management, access control, and incident response.
• Investigative Support – Police Officer Liaison: A senior Police Officer shall serve as the primary liaison between the client's management and the NSW Police Force, facilitating incident reporting, evidence preservation, and coordination during emergencies.
• Training and Compliance – Police Officer Program: Quarterly training sessions for the client's in-house staff conducted by our Police Officer team, covering emergency evacuation, active threat response, and regulatory compliance under Australian law.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Australia Sydney.
2. Payment terms: 50% of the total contract value shall be due upon execution of the service agreement; the remaining 50% shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, payable within fourteen (14) business days of invoice date.
3. All Police Officer personnel deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the Security Industry Act 1998 (NSW), the Police Act 1990 (NSW), and all applicable Australian federal and state legislation.
4. The client acknowledges that Sydney Metropolitan Security Services Pty Ltd is not a division of the NSW Police Force. All Police Officer personnel are contracted security professionals operating under private security licensing, and their authority is limited to the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate.
5. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting Australia Sydney, pandemics, or government-mandated restrictions, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
6. Any variation to the scope of Police Officer services must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to implementation. Additional Police Officer deployment beyond the agreed headcount will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $68.00 AUD per officer per hour, inclusive of GST.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate is subject to satisfactory completion of the client's due diligence and insurance verification processes.
8. All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act 2005 (NSW), with jurisdiction vested in the courts of New South Wales, Australia Sydney.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the provision of Police Officer services in Australia Sydney.
