1. SCOPE OF WORK – POLICE OFFICER DEPLOYMENT IN BANGLADESH DHAKEThis Quotation Estimate is hereby submitted by Dhaka Security & Law Enforcement Services Ltd. to Metro Commercial Complex Ltd. for the professional deployment, training, and ongoing management of a Police Officer (or equivalent licensed security personnel) to provide comprehensive law enforcement support, crowd management, and premises protection services within the Bangladesh Dhaka metropolitan area. The scope encompasses all duties typically associated with a Police Officer operating under the Bangladesh Police Act, 1861, and the Bangladesh Police Rules, 1987, as applicable to private-sector security engagements in Dhaka.
The Police Officer assigned under this engagement shall be responsible for maintaining public order at the client's premises, conducting regular patrols, managing access control at all entry and exit points, responding to incidents of theft, vandalism, or public disturbance, coordinating with the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) when necessary, and ensuring full compliance with all local regulations governing security operations in Bangladesh Dhaka.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect changes in the Bangladesh Dhaka security market or government-mandated salary adjustments for law enforcement personnel.
- The Police Officer deployed under this contract shall operate strictly within the legal framework of the Bangladesh Police Act, 1861, and shall not exercise arrest powers outside the scope defined in the engagement letter. All use-of-force incidents shall be reported to the Dhaka Metropolitan Police within two (2) hours.
- Payment terms: 50% advance upon contract signing, with the remaining 50% payable in quarterly installments within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date. Late payments shall attract interest at 1.5% per month as per Bangladesh banking norms.
- The client shall provide a designated duty room, basic refreshments, and a secure parking area for the Police Officer's duty vehicle at the premises located in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Police Officer shall be relieved of duties and all equipment shall be returned to Dhaka Security & Law Enforcement Services Ltd.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Bangladesh Arbitration Act, 2001.
- The Police Officer shall undergo a mandatory medical fitness examination every six (6) months, the cost of which is included in this estimate.
- This quotation does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties in Bangladesh Dhaka.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the deployment of a Police Officer in Bangladesh Dhaka. The engagement shall commence on the date mutually agreed upon in the subsequent service contract.
