This Quotation Estimate is issued by SecureGuard Brasil Serviços de Segurança Ltda. to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for the deployment of licensed Police Officer personnel to the client's commercial premises located in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. The services described herein are designed to meet the regulatory requirements established by the São Paulo State Police (Polícia Militar do Estado de São Paulo) and the Federal Police of Brazil (Polícia Federal do Brasil), ensuring full compliance with Brazilian security legislation, including Law No. 7,102/1983 and the applicable municipal ordinances of the City of São Paulo.

The annual total assumes a 12-month contract term commencing on 01 August 2025. 3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all pricing for the Police Officer services may be subject to revision based on prevailing labor market conditions in São Paulo, Brazil.
All Police Officer personnel deployed under this estimate shall hold valid registration with the São Paulo State Security Department and shall undergo mandatory background checks in accordance with Brazilian Federal Police procedures prior to commencement of duties.
The client shall provide a secure on-site facility for the Police Officer team, including a designated rest area, communication equipment, and access to the client's CCTV monitoring system, in compliance with São Paulo municipal building codes.
Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice issuance. Invoices shall be issued in BRL and paid via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account designated by SecureGuard Brasil. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1% per month plus the SELIC index as applied in the state of São Paulo.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement, governed by the Brazilian Civil Code (Código Civil Brasileiro, Law No. 10,406/2002), must be executed by both parties before any Police Officer personnel are deployed to the client's premises in São Paulo.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to public emergencies declared by the Governor of the State of São Paulo or the Mayor of the City of São Paulo, may temporarily alter the operational scope of the Police Officer services without constituting a breach of contract.
All data collected during the provision of Police Officer security services in São Paulo shall be handled in strict compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Law No. 13,709/2018).
The client acknowledges that SecureGuard Brasil holds a valid operating license (Alvará) issued by the São Paulo City Hall (Prefeitura Municipal de São Paulo) for the provision of private security and Police Officer services within the municipality.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Police Officer security services in São Paulo, Brazil, and confirms that the pricing, scope, and terms presented herein have been reviewed and are acceptable. This signature does not constitute a binding commitment until a formal contract is executed.
