This Quotation Estimate is issued by Nile Delta Security & Protection Services Co. Ltd. in response to the formal request submitted by Al-Nile Commercial Development Group for the provision of licensed Police Officer security personnel to be deployed at their commercial premises located in the Zamalek district of Egypt Cairo. The scope of this engagement covers the recruitment, training, deployment, supervision, and ongoing management of qualified Police Officer candidates who hold valid credentials issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Interior and are authorized to perform security duties within the Greater Cairo metropolitan area.

The Police Officer services described in this Quotation Estimate are designed to meet the specific operational requirements of a high-traffic commercial facility in Egypt Cairo, including but not limited to: perimeter surveillance, access control at all entry and exit points, CCTV monitoring coordination, incident response and de-escalation, visitor and vehicle logging, coordination with local Cairo police precincts, and the preparation of daily and weekly security incident reports. Each Police Officer assigned under this contract shall possess a minimum of three (3) years of active service experience with the Egyptian National Police or a licensed private security force operating under the jurisdiction of the Cairo Governorate.

All amounts are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of all operational costs for the Police Officer personnel stationed in Egypt Cairo. The total Quotation Estimate amount represents a monthly recurring charge for the duration of the contract, excluding the one-time equipment setup fee (Item 05) which is billed separately upon acceptance.

3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Police Officer services in Egypt Cairo may be subject to revision based on prevailing labor market conditions and regulatory changes.
All Police Officer personnel deployed under this contract shall hold valid security licenses issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Interior and shall undergo mandatory background verification, medical examination, and a minimum of forty (40) hours of site-specific training before commencing duties at the client's Egypt Cairo premises.
The client agrees to provide a secure on-site room for Police Officer rest, equipment storage, and shift handover procedures. Utilities (electricity, water, internet) for this room shall be at the client's expense.
Payment terms: 50% of the monthly Quotation Estimate amount shall be due within ten (10) business days of the invoice date, and the remaining 50% shall be due by the 25th of each calendar month. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month.
Nile Delta Security & Protection Services Co. Ltd. reserves the right to replace any Police Officer who fails to meet performance standards, violates the code of conduct, or whose license is suspended or revoked by Egyptian authorities, without prior notice to the client, provided a qualified replacement is deployed within forty-eight (48) hours.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. All terms herein are subject to the final contractual documentation.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, government-mandated curfews in Egypt Cairo, or natural disasters, shall temporarily suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
All data collected by Police Officer personnel during the course of their duties in Egypt Cairo shall be handled in strict compliance with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).

IMPORTANT NOTE: This Quotation Estimate for Police Officer services in Egypt Cairo is prepared exclusively for Al-Nile Commercial Development Group and may not be transferred, reproduced, or used for any other purpose without the prior written consent of Nile Delta Security & Protection Services Co. Ltd. The deployment of Police Officer personnel is subject to final approval by the Cairo Governorate Security Directorate. 4. ACCEPTANCE AND AUTHORIZATION

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms that the scope of Police Officer services, pricing, and terms described herein are acceptable for deployment at the designated location in Egypt Cairo.
