Thank you for considering SecureGuard Personnel Services Pvt. Ltd. for your security requirements. This Quotation Estimate is submitted in response to your request dated 02 June 2025 for the deployment of a qualified Police Officer (retired, Grade D or above) to provide dedicated security and law-enforcement liaison services at your facility located in India Bangalore. We are pleased to present the following detailed cost breakdown for your review and approval.

1. Scope of Services – Police Officer Deployment in India Bangalore

The Police Officer to be deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall be a retired Karnataka State Police personnel with a minimum of 15 years of service, holding a valid retirement certificate and a clean conduct record. The officer will be stationed at the client's premises in Whitefield, India Bangalore, and will perform the following duties:

24/7 access control and visitor management at the main gate and secondary entry points.
Patrolling of the 12-acre industrial campus including perimeter fencing, parking areas, and loading docks.
Liaison with the local Bengaluru City Police (BCP) station, Cyberabad Police, and Karnataka State Police for emergency response coordination.
Preparation of daily incident reports, shift handover logs, and monthly security assessments.
Supervision of up to four (4) contracted security guards during the officer's duty hours.
Conduct of quarterly fire-safety and emergency-evacuation drills in compliance with Karnataka Fire Service regulations.
Maintenance of CCTV monitoring systems and alarm response protocols at the control room.

3. Payment Terms

Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within 15 days of receipt of the consolidated invoice. The first invoice will be raised on the 1st of the month following the commencement of the Police Officer's deployment. All payments are to be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account of SecureGuard Personnel Services Pvt. Ltd., HDFC Bank, Indiranagar Branch, India Bangalore. A 1.5% monthly interest shall be levied on delayed payments beyond the stipulated due date.

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect prevailing market conditions in India Bangalore.
The Police Officer shall work in two shifts of 12 hours each (0600–1800 hrs and 1800–0600 hrs) with one day off per week, as per the Karnataka Industrial Establishments (Regulation of Hours of Work) Act, 1963.
SecureGuard Personnel Services Pvt. Ltd. shall bear full responsibility for the background verification, legal compliance, and disciplinary management of the deployed Police Officer.
The client shall provide a dedicated duty room, basic furniture, drinking water, and a secure parking space for the patrol vehicle at the India Bangalore site.
Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of 60 days. In case of termination by the client without cause, a pro-rata payment for the notice period shall be due.
All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent service agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
The Police Officer shall not be engaged in any law-enforcement action beyond the scope of private security. Any interaction with the Bengaluru City Police or Karnataka State Police shall be strictly for coordination and emergency purposes.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties on company letterheads with authorized signatories.

5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the deployment of a Police Officer at the designated facility in India Bangalore.
