The total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be payable in monthly installments. Each monthly payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of PT. Nusantara Security & Protection Services. A late payment penalty of 2% per month shall apply to any outstanding balance exceeding the stipulated payment period. The first payment is due upon successful commencement of Police Officer deployment in Indonesia Jakarta.
4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Indonesia Jakarta.
- All Police Officer personnel deployed under this agreement shall hold valid certifications issued by the Indonesian National Police (Polri) and shall comply with all local regulations governing security operations in Indonesia Jakarta.
- PT. Nusantara Security & Protection Services reserves the right to replace any Police Officer personnel who fail to meet performance standards, with prior written notice to the client.
- The client shall provide necessary access to all sites within Indonesia Jakarta where Police Officer personnel are to be deployed, including parking, rest areas, and communication infrastructure.
- Any additional Police Officer personnel or extended deployment beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement. All terms herein are subject to final contractual negotiation.
- All operations shall comply with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and the specific by-laws (Peraturan Daerah) of the Special Capital Region of Indonesia Jakarta.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or civil unrest in Indonesia Jakarta, shall exempt both parties from performance obligations during the affected period.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the provision of Police Officer services in Indonesia Jakarta. This acceptance does not constitute a final contract but serves as a formal expression of intent to proceed with the engagement.
