1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Seguridad Metropolitana del Valle, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider") in response to the formal request submitted by Corporativo Financiero del Centro, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") for the provision of qualified Police Officer personnel to ensure the safety, security, and operational continuity of the Client's commercial facilities located in Mexico, Mexico City. This document constitutes a binding Quotation Estimate for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, after which pricing and availability terms may be subject to revision in accordance with prevailing labor regulations in the State of Mexico City and the Federal Labor Law of Mexico.

2. Scope of Services — Police Officer Deployment

The Provider commits to supplying, training, equipping, and managing a contingent of certified Police Officer personnel assigned exclusively to the Client's premises in Mexico, Mexico City. Each Police Officer deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Valid certification issued by the Secretaría de Seguridad Ciudadana de la Ciudad de México (SSC CDMX) or equivalent federal authority.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of documented service as a Police Officer in law enforcement, public safety, or licensed private security operations within Mexico City.
  • Completed advanced training in crowd management, emergency response, conflict de-escalation, and the use of non-lethal restraint equipment.
  • Valid INE (Instituto Nacional Electoral) identification and clean criminal background record verified through the Registro Federal de Detenidos.
  • Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English is considered a strong asset for Police Officer assignments in the financial district of Mexico City.

4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

The following terms govern the acceptance and execution of this Quotation Estimate for Police Officer services in Mexico, Mexico City:

  1. Payment Terms: Invoices shall be issued on the first business day of each month for services rendered in the preceding month. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days via bank transfer to the Provider's designated account in Mexico City. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco de México (Banxico) for overdue obligations.
  2. Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, the Client must request a revised Quotation Estimate to confirm current pricing and Police Officer availability.
  3. Compliance: All Police Officer personnel shall operate in strict compliance with the Ley de Seguridad Privada, the regulations of the Secretaría de Seguridad Ciudadana de la Ciudad de México, and all applicable federal and local labor laws of Mexico.
  4. Insurance: The Provider shall maintain comprehensive general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of MXN 10,000,000 per occurrence, naming the Client as an additional insured party. Certificates of insurance shall be provided prior to the commencement of Police Officer deployment.
  5. Confidentiality: All Police Officer personnel shall execute individual non-disclosure agreements. No operational details, client information, or security protocols pertaining to the Client's facilities in Mexico City shall be disclosed to any third party.
  6. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Provider shall ensure an orderly transition of Police Officer personnel and return of all Client property within ten (10) business days.
  7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mexico City, Mexico.

5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Police Officer services in Mexico, Mexico City, and authorizes the Provider to proceed with the recruitment, training, and deployment of the specified Police Officer contingent upon the terms outlined herein. This signature does not constitute a final contract but serves as a formal acceptance of the pricing and scope presented in this Quotation Estimate.

Important Note: All monetary values in this Quotation Estimate are expressed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (IVA), which shall be applied at the current rate of 16% as mandated by the Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT) of Mexico.
