1. Introduction and Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Secure Guard Security Services Pvt. Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the deployment of trained and certified Police Officer personnel for the protection and security of the client's premises and assets located in Nepal Kathmandu. This document serves as a binding financial proposal and outlines all terms, conditions, service specifications, and payment structures that will govern the engagement of Police Officer services under this contract. 2. Scope of Police Officer Services

The following services are included under this Quotation Estimate for Police Officer deployment in the Kathmandu Valley region of Nepal:

Deployment of a minimum of four (4) retired and active-duty Police Officer personnel, each holding valid credentials issued by the Nepal Police Headquarters, Kathmandu.
24-hour round-the-clock security coverage at the client's commercial premises located in Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal, including perimeter patrol, access control, and surveillance monitoring.
Coordination with the local Nepal Police station in Kathmandu for emergency response, incident reporting, and joint security operations during public events or high-risk periods.
Conduct of daily security audits, incident logging, and weekly written reports submitted to the client's management regarding the performance and conduct of the assigned Police Officer team.
Provision of all necessary equipment including body cameras, two-way radios, first-aid kits, and standard Police Officer uniforms as mandated by the Nepal Police dress code regulations.
Training and refresher courses for all Police Officer personnel every six months, covering crowd management, conflict de-escalation, and emergency evacuation procedures specific to the Kathmandu urban environment.

The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be payable by the client in monthly installments. The first payment shall be due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of contract execution, and subsequent payments shall be due on the first business day of each following month. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Secure Guard Security Services Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal. A 1.5% monthly late-payment surcharge shall apply to any overdue amounts. The client is required to provide a security deposit equivalent to one month's total service cost at the time of contract signing.

5. Terms and Conditions

5.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Nepal Kathmandu and any changes in Nepal Police service regulations.

5.2. The engagement of Police Officer personnel under this contract is contingent upon the client providing a valid security permit issued by the local Nepal Police authority in Kathmandu. The client shall bear full responsibility for obtaining and renewing all necessary governmental permits and licenses.

5.3. Secure Guard Security Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to replace any Police Officer personnel who fail to meet the performance standards outlined in the service agreement, provided that a written notice of forty-eight (48) hours is given to the client.

5.4. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-imposed curfews in Kathmandu, Nepal, either party may suspend services without penalty. A revised Quotation Estimate will be issued upon resumption of normal operations.

5.5. All Police Officer personnel deployed under this contract shall operate strictly within the legal framework of Nepal, including the Nepal Police Act, the Arms Act, and all applicable local ordinances in Kathmandu Metropolitan City.

5.6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract. A separate Service Agreement document, incorporating all terms herein, shall be executed by both parties before the commencement of Police Officer services.

5.7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Nepal Arbitration Act.

6. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Police Officer services in Nepal Kathmandu and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein. This acceptance shall serve as the basis for the preparation of the formal Service Agreement between both parties.
