- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices for Police Officer services in Tanzania Dar es Salaam are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions and government salary adjustments.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 70% disbursed in monthly instalments aligned with the Police Officer payroll cycle.
- All Police Officer personnel deployed under this contract shall operate under the direct operational authority of the Tanzania Police Force and in coordination with the Dar es Salaam City Council security division.
- The client reserves the right to request the replacement of any Police Officer personnel who fail to meet performance standards, with a written notice period of fourteen (14) days.
