This document constitutes a formal Quotation Estimate and does not represent a binding contract until both parties execute the definitive service agreement in writing.
The Politician has requested a detailed Quotation Estimate covering the preparation, execution, and post-event analysis of a municipal and regional electoral campaign scheduled for the second half of 2025. All services described herein are tailored to the specific political landscape of Santiago, Chile, taking into account local electoral regulations established by the Servicio Electoral de Chile (SERVEL), media landscape, and the demographic profile of the target electorate in the Santiago Metropolitan Region.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in four (4) equal installments of CLP 114,716,000 each, due at the following milestones: (a) upon signing of the definitive service contract; (b) at the completion of Week 4 of the campaign; (c) at the completion of Week 8; and (d) upon delivery of the final Post-Election Analysis Report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Andes Political Consulting Group SpA, Banco de Chile, Santiago branch. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco Central de Chile.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
- All services are to be performed in Santiago, Chile, and its metropolitan region, in full compliance with Chilean electoral law, SERVEL regulations, and the Ley de Partidos Políticos (Law No. 20.490).
- The Politician (Client) shall provide timely access to all necessary information, credentials, and approvals required for the execution of the campaign services.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
- Confidentiality: All strategic documents, polling data, and political messaging developed for the Politician shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or changes in Chilean electoral legislation.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
By signing below, the Politician acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This signature does not constitute a final contract but serves as an expression of intent to proceed with the engagement of Andes Political Consulting Group SpA for the political campaign services in Santiago, Chile.
