This Quotation Estimate is issued by Thai Political Advisory & Campaign Strategy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider") in response to the formal request submitted by Hon. Dr. Somchai Prasert (hereinafter referred to as "the Politician Client") for comprehensive political advisory, strategic consulting, and campaign management services to be delivered within the Bangkok metropolitan area, Thailand. This document constitutes a binding financial estimate for all professional services, deliverables, and associated costs outlined herein. The Politician Client has engaged the Service Provider to support legislative strategy, constituent engagement planning, media relations, and electoral positioning in preparation for the upcoming Bangkok municipal and national electoral cycle.

3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond the validity period requires re-confirmation of pricing by the Service Provider.
3.2 Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 30% upon completion of the mid-project milestone (Week 12); 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Service Provider's designated account in Bangkok, Thailand.
3.3 The Politician Client agrees to provide timely access to relevant legislative records, constituent data, and internal communications necessary for the execution of the services described herein.
3.4 All intellectual property, including but not limited to strategy documents, policy briefs, visual assets, and analytics reports, shall remain the exclusive property of the Politician Client upon full payment. The Service Provider retains the right to reference the engagement in anonymized portfolio materials.
3.5 The Service Provider shall comply with all applicable Thai laws, including the Political Parties Act B.E. 2560 (2017), the Election Commission regulations, and the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) regarding constituent data handling in Bangkok.
3.6 Any scope changes, additional events, or extended advisory hours beyond the quantities specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written change order and additional charges at the rates specified in Section 2.
3.7 Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters affecting Bangkok, or changes in electoral legislation by the Thai Parliament, shall suspend obligations proportionally without penalty to either party.
3.8 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute. The governing law shall be the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

By signing below, the Politician Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms the accuracy of the scope of services described, and authorizes the Service Provider to commence work upon receipt of the advance payment. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding service agreement between the parties for the engagement described herein.
