This Quotation Estimate is issued by Whitfield Political Advisory Group Ltd., a registered political consultancy firm operating from Birmingham, United Kingdom, in response to the formal request for a comprehensive political advisory engagement. Whitfield, a serving Politician and Member of Parliament representing the Birmingham Central constituency, has been commissioned to provide strategic political counsel, policy development guidance, and electoral strategy consulting to the West Midlands Regional Development Authority. The Politician, in her capacity as a seasoned public servant with over eighteen years of parliamentary experience in the United Kingdom, shall deliver the following services to the client organisation:
2.1 Political Strategy and Campaign Advisory – Development of a twelve-month political engagement strategy tailored to the Birmingham and West Midlands region, including stakeholder mapping, voter sentiment analysis, and communication planning aligned with United Kingdom electoral frameworks.
2.2 Policy Development and Legislative Guidance – Provision of expert political counsel on local and national policy matters affecting Birmingham, including housing, transport infrastructure, economic regeneration, and public health initiatives. The Politician shall conduct bi-weekly advisory sessions and produce written policy briefs.
2.3 Parliamentary Liaison and Representation – Facilitation of direct access to relevant government departments and parliamentary committees on behalf of the client. This includes scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and providing briefings on legislative developments pertinent to the United Kingdom Birmingham area.
2.4 Public Speaking and Community Engagement – Delivery of no fewer than six (6) public addresses, town hall meetings, and community engagement events across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands region during the contract period.
2.5 Media Relations and Political Communications – Strategic media advisory, press release drafting, and coordination of political communications campaigns to support the client's public-facing objectives within the United Kingdom Birmingham media landscape.

This Quotation Estimate is structured on a monthly payment basis. The client shall remit payment within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. An initial mobilisation payment of 15% of the total estimated cost (GBP £23,292.00) shall be due upon execution of the formal service agreement. The remaining balance shall be invoiced monthly in arrears. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 applicable in the United Kingdom.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
5.2 The Politician reserves the right to decline any specific request that conflicts with her parliamentary duties, political party obligations, or the standards of conduct set forth by the UK Parliamentary Standards Commissioner.
5.3 All deliverables, reports, and strategic documents produced under this engagement shall remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment, subject to the Politician's right to reference the work in future political and professional contexts.
5.4 This engagement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
5.5 The Politician shall comply with all applicable United Kingdom data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, in the handling of any personal data received during this engagement.
5.6 Cancellation by either party requires a minimum of sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee on the remaining contract value.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed scope of political advisory services to be provided by the Politician to the client within the United Kingdom Birmingham region. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
