The Professor to be engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional academic services in Colombia Bogotá:

• Delivery of a 16-week graduate-level course in Advanced Structural Engineering at the client's campus located in the Usaquén district, Bogotá D.C.
• Supervision and mentoring of no more than twelve (12) doctoral research students, including weekly one-on-one sessions.
• Participation in two (2) academic committee meetings per month to review curriculum development and accreditation standards.
• Preparation and delivery of two (2) guest lectures at partner institutions within the Bogotá metropolitan area.
• Authorship of one (1) peer-reviewed research paper in collaboration with the client's faculty, to be submitted to an international journal indexed in Scopus or Web of Science.
• Availability for administrative consultations and academic advisory sessions as reasonably requested by the Department Head, not exceeding four (4) hours per week.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in four (4) equal monthly installments of COP $27,316,450 each, due on the 5th business day of the following months: July 2025, August 2025, September 2025, and October 2025. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Academic Consulting Group of Bogotá S.A.S. at Banco de Bogotá, Cuenta Corriente No. 016-452-891-33, NIT 901.234.567-8. Late payments shall accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Colombian law (Decreto 2150 de 1994).

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Colombia Bogotá.
2. The Professor engaged under this agreement shall comply with all applicable Colombian labor regulations, including but not limited to the Código Sustantivo del Trabajo (Ley 50 de 1990) and Ley 1010 de 2006 regarding workplace conduct.
3. All intellectual property generated during the course of the engagement shall be jointly owned by the Professor and the client, as stipulated in the definitive service contract.
4. The client agrees to provide the Professor with all necessary teaching materials, classroom access, and institutional resources at the Bogotá D.C. campus.
5. Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of fifteen (15) calendar days. In such event, payment shall be prorated for services rendered up to the termination date.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract. A definitive service agreement shall be executed upon the client's written acceptance of this proposal.
7. All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the competent labor courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, in accordance with Colombian law.
8. The Professor's professional qualifications, academic credentials, and references are available upon request and have been verified by our compliance department.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined for the engagement of the Professor in Colombia Bogotá. This acceptance shall serve as the basis for the execution of the definitive service contract.
