Thank you for your inquiry regarding the engagement of a senior academic professional for research supervision and advanced lecture delivery at your institution in Kazakhstan Almaty. This Quotation Estimate has been prepared in accordance with your requirements and reflects the full scope of services to be provided by the designated Professor under the terms outlined below. We are pleased to present this formal Quotation Estimate for your review and approval.

The Professor identified for this engagement is a full-time holder of a Chair in Applied Mathematics and Computational Sciences, with over twenty-five years of experience in both academic research and university-level instruction. The Professor will be based in Kazakhstan Almaty for the duration of the contract and will deliver the following services:

Delivery of a 12-week advanced graduate seminar series (48 contact hours) on Computational Methods in Applied Mathematics.
Supervision of no more than six (6) PhD candidates, including weekly one-on-one meetings and thesis review.
Co-authorship and mentorship on two (2) joint research publications targeting Q1 international journals.
Participation in two (2) departmental faculty meetings per month held in Almaty.
Delivery of one (1) public keynote lecture at the Almaty International Science Forum.
Provision of a written end-of-term evaluation report to the Research Division.

This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment schedule, payable via bank transfer to the account of Almaty Academic Consulting Group LLP, Almaty, Kazakhstan:

30% advance payment (KZT 9,345,000) due within ten (10) business days of contract signature.
40% interim payment (KZT 12,460,000) due at the completion of Week 6 of the engagement.
30% final payment (KZT 9,345,000) due within fifteen (15) business days of submission of the End-of-Term Evaluation Report.

All payments are subject to applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 12% as per the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, unless otherwise exempted under inter-institutional agreements.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Professor are subject to reconfirmation.
The Professor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including but not limited to the Law on Higher and Postgraduate Education and the Law on Foreign Nationals.
Work visas, residence permits, and any necessary academic accreditation for the Professor to operate in Kazakhstan Almaty shall be arranged and funded by the Client, with administrative support provided by Almaty Academic Consulting Group.
Intellectual property arising from joint research publications shall be co-owned by the Professor and the Client institution, as stipulated in a separate IP agreement to be executed prior to commencement.
Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the Client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% cancellation fee on the remaining balance.
All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in accordance with the rules of the Almaty International Arbitration Centre.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Professor in Kazakhstan Almaty.
