This Quotation Estimate is issued by Academic Excellence Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd. for the engagement of a Professor of Applied Mathematics and Computational Sciences to deliver a comprehensive suite of academic services at the University of Karachi, Pakistan Karachi. The Professor shall be responsible for teaching, research supervision, curriculum development, and academic advisory functions as detailed in the itemized schedule below. All services shall be rendered in accordance with the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan guidelines and the institutional policies of the University of Karachi.

3. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
- The Professor shall be engaged on a contract basis for one academic semester (16 weeks) with the option to renew for subsequent semesters upon mutual written agreement between both parties.
- Payment shall be made in three equal installments: 40% upon signing of the engagement letter, 30% at the midpoint of the semester (week 8), and 30% upon successful completion of all deliverables and submission of the final academic report.
- All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the designated account of Academic Excellence Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd., Meezan Bank, Clifton Branch, Karachi, Pakistan. No cash payments shall be accepted.
- The Professor is required to maintain a minimum attendance of 90% of scheduled teaching and supervisory hours. Any absence exceeding three (3) consecutive days must be reported in writing to the Dean's office at the University of Karachi, Pakistan Karachi, at least 48 hours in advance.
- All intellectual property generated during the course of research collaboration (Item 4) shall be jointly owned by the Professor and the University of Karachi, subject to the HEC Pakistan research policy and institutional IP guidelines.
- The client (University of Karachi) shall provide the Professor with a dedicated workspace, access to the university library, computing facilities, and all necessary teaching materials at no additional cost.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal engagement letter is executed by both parties. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final negotiation.
- In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or public health emergencies affecting Karachi, Pakistan, either party may suspend obligations with written notice, and the timeline shall be extended accordingly.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
- This Quotation Estimate is confidential and intended solely for the use of the addressee. It may not be reproduced or distributed without the prior written consent of Academic Excellence Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms acceptance of the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein for the engagement of the Professor at the University of Karachi, Pakistan Karachi.
