This Quotation Estimate outlines the comprehensive professional services to be rendered by the undersigned Professor in support of the client institution located in Russia Moscow. The engagement encompasses academic lecturing, research supervision, curriculum development, and institutional advisory work. All services shall be delivered in accordance with the academic standards and regulatory frameworks governing higher education institutions in Russia Moscow, including compliance with the Federal Law on Education in the Russian Federation and the internal academic regulations of the host university.

The Professor shall provide a minimum of 120 contact hours over a period of one academic semester (September 2025 through January 2026), distributed across the following activity categories as detailed in the itemized schedule below.

All payments under this Quotation Estimate shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via international wire transfer to the account designated by the Professor. Payment shall be structured as follows:

  • Advance Payment (40%): $13,112.00 due within 14 calendar days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, prior to the commencement of services in Russia Moscow.
  • Mid-Semester Payment (35%): $11,473.00 due upon completion of the first 60 contact hours of the engagement.
  • Final Payment (25%): $8,195.00 due within 21 calendar days following the conclusion of the academic semester and submission of all deliverables.
  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
  2. The Professor reserves the right to modify the scope of services with 14 days' written notice. Any additional services beyond the original scope shall be billed at the prevailing hourly rate of $185.00 USD.
  3. All intellectual property generated jointly during the research collaboration in Russia Moscow shall be co-owned by the Professor and the client institution, as stipulated in a separate Intellectual Property Agreement to be executed prior to commencement.
  4. The client institution in Russia Moscow shall provide a suitable office space, access to laboratory facilities, and all necessary teaching materials and technology infrastructure at the Moscow campus.
  5. Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, travel restrictions affecting entry into Russia Moscow, or public health emergencies, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
  6. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), with the seat of arbitration in Geneva, Switzerland. The governing law shall be the law of the Russian Federation as applicable to international academic contracts.
  7. The Professor shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 USD for the duration of the engagement in Russia Moscow.
  8. Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this engagement for a period of five (5) years.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement for the professional services described herein. The Professor commits to delivering all services with the highest standard of academic excellence, and the client institution in Russia Moscow commits to fulfilling all financial and logistical obligations as outlined above.
