• Development and maintenance of comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and critical path schedules aligned with Indian business timelines and fiscal calendars.
• Day-to-day coordination of cross-functional teams operating across Mumbai-based offices, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Resource allocation, budget management, and cost control in accordance with Indian financial reporting standards and GST compliance requirements.
• Risk identification, mitigation strategy formulation, and escalation management specific to the India Mumbai market landscape, including supply chain, regulatory, and workforce considerations.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports, status dashboards, and executive summaries for senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
• Vendor and subcontractor management, including negotiation, contract oversight, and performance evaluation within the legal framework of India.
• Quality assurance and assurance processes, ensuring deliverables meet the client's specifications and applicable Indian industry standards.

* All amounts are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). The above Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any revision in scope or duration will be subject to a supplementary quotation.

• 25% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Master Service Agreement (MSA).
• Monthly professional fees to be invoiced on the 1st of each calendar month and payable within 15 days of invoice receipt.
• One-time charges (Item 2) to be invoiced upon project kick-off and payable within 10 working days.
• Payments to be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account of Apex Project Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, India. Bank details to be shared upon contract execution.
• A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month (or part thereof) shall apply on overdue invoices as per standard Indian commercial practice.

• This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding document until formally accepted in writing by the client and converted into a binding Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).
• The Project Manager shall adhere to all applicable Indian labor laws, data protection regulations (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), and industry-specific compliance requirements in India Mumbai.
• Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure obligations shall be mutually binding for a period of 3 years post-engagement, in compliance with Indian contract law.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. In case of termination for convenience, pro-rata charges for the completed period shall be payable.
• Intellectual property developed specifically for the client during the engagement shall vest with the client upon full and final payment.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include any statutory deductions (TDS, PF, ESI) which shall be borne by the client as per Indian tax and labor regulations.
