This Quotation Estimate is issued by the undersigned Psychologist, Lic. Mariana E. Solárrez, duly registered with the Colegio de Psicólogos de la Provincia de Córdoba, to formally present the professional fees, service conditions, and applicable terms for psychological assessment, therapeutic intervention, and related clinical services to be rendered within the jurisdiction of Argentina Córdoba. This document constitutes a non-binding commercial proposal and does not, by itself, create a contractual obligation until both parties execute a formal service agreement in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Code of the Argentine Nation and the professional regulations of the Province of Córdoba.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Argentine Pesos (ARS) in accordance with the following schedule: a 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this estimate and execution of the service agreement; the remaining 70% shall be settled in monthly installments aligned with the session schedule. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (transferencia bancaria) to the account held at Banco de la Nación Argentina, CBU 01108999-01234567890123-4, or payment via MásVisa / Mercado Pago for amounts up to ARS 100.000. All psychological services described herein are provided in strict adherence to the ethical code of the Colegio de Psicólogos de la Provincia de Córdoba (Ley Provincial Nº 9.854 and its implementing regulations), the national Law 25.280 on the practice of psychology in Argentina, and the data protection provisions of Ley Nº 25.326 (Personal Data Protection) and its recent amendments. Client confidentiality is maintained at all times, and any written reports or diagnostic opinions will be shared exclusively with the authorized requesting party. The Psychologist reserves the right to refer the client to a psychiatrist or other specialist within the Córdoba healthcare network when clinical judgment so requires.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision in the event of significant inflationary adjustments as published by the INDEC (Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Censos) or the Banco Central de la República Argentina.
• Cancellations of scheduled sessions must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be billed at 50% of the session fee.
• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government-mandated closures affecting the Province of Córdoba), both parties agree to reschedule services without penalty.
• This estimate does not include travel expenses for sessions conducted outside the Córdoba Capital metropolitan area; such costs will be quoted separately at the prevailing provincial rate.
