The Psychologist assigned to this engagement, Dr. Ananya Sharma (M.Phil. Clinical Psychology, RCI Registered), will deliver all services from the practice premises located in central India New Delhi, ensuring accessibility for all employees of the client organisation. All sessions will be conducted in a confidential, professional, and culturally sensitive manner appropriate to the Indian context.

1. This Quotation Estimate is issued exclusively for the client named above and is non-transferable. The services will be delivered by a licensed Psychologist registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India, operating from the practice location in India New Delhi.
2. Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of six (6) months of service delivery, and the remaining 20% upon successful completion of the full twelve-month engagement period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the official invoice.
3. Confidentiality: All psychological records, session notes, and assessment reports are strictly confidential and shall be maintained in accordance with the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017, and the RCI Code of Ethics. No individual employee data shall be disclosed to the client organisation without written consent from the individual.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling: The client may cancel or reschedule individual sessions with a minimum of 24 hours' prior notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the session fee. The client may terminate the full engagement with 30 days' written notice, in which case pro-rata charges for completed services will apply.
5. Scope Limitation: The Psychologist services provided under this Quotation Estimate are limited to psychological counselling, therapy, assessment, and advisory. They do not include psychiatric medication management, which is the domain of a registered psychiatrist. In case of co-occurring psychiatric conditions, the Psychologist will recommend referral to a qualified psychiatrist in India New Delhi.
6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure to resolve, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting operations in India New Delhi.
Acceptance & AuthorisationBy signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the Psychologist services to be rendered in India New Delhi. This document, once signed by both parties, constitutes a binding service agreement for the duration specified.
