Our team of licensed and certified Psychologists operates in accordance with the Myanmar Ministry of Health and Sports regulations and adheres to the ethical standards set forth by the Myanmar Psychological Association. The services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are designed to support the mental health, emotional well-being, and psychological resilience of employees, families, and community members residing in and around Yangon, the commercial capital of Myanmar.
The Psychologist services proposed herein encompass individual therapy sessions, group counseling workshops, corporate mental health assessments, crisis intervention support, and ongoing psychological consultation. All services will be conducted in both Burmese and English to ensure accessibility for the diverse population of Myanmar Yangon. The Psychologist assigned to this engagement holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Yangon and possesses over twelve years of practising experience in the Myanmar Yangon healthcare and corporate wellness sectors.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date of 15 July 2025, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Myanmar Yangon.
- Payment terms: A 40% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be settled in two equal monthly instalments during the service delivery period.
- All Psychologist sessions and reports are strictly confidential in accordance with the Myanmar Psychological Association Code of Ethics and applicable data protection guidelines. No client information will be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- The Psychologist reserves the right to refer clients to specialist medical facilities in Yangon (e.g., Yangon General Hospital, 700 Bed Hospital) if a condition exceeds the scope of psychological intervention.
- Cancellation of scheduled sessions must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final negotiation.
- All services will be conducted in compliance with Myanmar labour laws, the Mental Health Act, and the regulations of the Yangon Regional Government regarding professional healthcare delivery.
- The Psychologist shall provide a minimum of 95% attendance for all scheduled sessions. In the event of unavoidable absence, a qualified substitute Psychologist of equivalent credentials will be arranged at no additional cost.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service delivery shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which, mediation under the Myanmar Arbitration Law shall apply.
- This Quotation Estimate is prepared exclusively for the named recipient and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any other purpose without prior written permission from Yangon Mind & Wellness Centre.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Psychologist services in Myanmar Yangon and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above. The undersigned authorizes Yangon Mind & Wellness Centre to proceed with the engagement upon receipt of the advance payment.
