This Quotation Estimate has been carefully prepared to outline the full scope of services, associated costs, and terms governing the engagement of our licensed Psychologist team to deliver evidence-based mental health interventions within Nigeria Abuja. We are committed to providing compassionate, culturally sensitive, and clinically rigorous psychological care tailored to the unique needs of individuals, families, and organisations operating in the Federal Capital Territory and its environs.
The following services are included in this Quotation Estimate and will be delivered by a fully registered and practising Psychologist holding a valid licence from the Counselling Psychologists Board of Nigeria (CPBN) and a minimum of a Master's degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology:
- Initial Psychological Assessment: A comprehensive 90-minute intake session conducted at our Abuja office or via secure telehealth, including clinical interview, standardised psychometric testing (e.g., MMPI-2, Beck Depression Inventory, Wechsler scales), and formulation of a diagnostic impression.
- Individual Psychotherapy Sessions: Weekly 60-minute one-on-one sessions using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), or Person-Centred approaches, as clinically indicated. A minimum of twelve (12) sessions is recommended per treatment cycle.
- Group Therapy Facilitation: Bi-weekly 90-minute group sessions (maximum 8 participants) addressing shared concerns such as workplace stress, grief, anxiety, or trauma recovery, facilitated by our senior Psychologist.
- Psychological Report & Documentation: A detailed written report summarising assessment findings, therapeutic progress, and clinical recommendations, suitable for submission to employers, legal authorities, or medical boards within Nigeria Abuja.
- Follow-Up & Case Review: Two (2) follow-up consultations at 30-day and 90-day intervals post-treatment to monitor progress and adjust the care plan as necessary.

All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of the Psychologist's professional fees, clinical materials, and standardised assessment instruments. This Quotation Estimate is specific to services rendered within the Nigeria Abuja metropolitan area. Travel to locations outside Abuja FCT (e.g., Kano, Port Harcourt, Lagos) will be subject to a separate travel surcharge as per our standard rate card.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Nigeria Abuja.
- Payment terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon acceptance of this quotation. The remaining 50% is payable upon completion of the final follow-up consultation.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided in the accompanying invoice. Cheques and cash payments are not accepted for amounts exceeding NGN 100,000.
- Confidentiality: All client records, assessment data, and therapeutic notes are protected under the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019 and the ethical code of the CPBN. No information will be disclosed without written consent from the client, except where mandated by law.
- Cancellation Policy: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged in full.
- The Psychologist engaged under this quotation holds a valid CPBN licence and is covered by professional indemnity insurance. In the event of the primary Psychologist being unavailable, a qualified substitute of equivalent seniority will be assigned with prior client consent.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of specific therapeutic outcomes. Psychological treatment is a collaborative process, and progress varies by individual.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Nigeria Abuja, FCT.
