1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by MediScan Diagnostic & Imaging Centre, a registered diagnostic facility operating in Bangladesh Dhaka, in response to the formal request received from Shomron General Hospital for the professional engagement of a qualified Radiologist. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemized breakdown of all costs associated with the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional services of a Consultant Radiologist who will be stationed at the hospital's imaging department in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This Quotation Estimate covers a twelve-month contractual period commencing from the date of acceptance and includes all professional fees, equipment access charges, continuing medical education allowances, and administrative overheads as detailed below.

2. Scope of Radiologist Services

The Consultant Radiologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following diagnostic imaging services at the Shomron General Hospital facility in Bangladesh Dhaka:

Interpretation and reporting of all Computed Tomography (CT) scans, including multi-slice and contrast-enhanced studies.
Interpretation and reporting of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) studies across all body regions.
Performance and interpretation of diagnostic and interventional ultrasound examinations.
Supervision and quality assurance of all X-ray and fluoroscopy procedures.
Availability for on-call radiology consultations during emergency hours (24/7 coverage rotation).
Participation in multidisciplinary tumor board meetings and clinical case conferences.
Mentorship and training of junior radiology residents and radiographers.

4. Payment Terms and Schedule

All payments under this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bank transfer to the designated account of MediScan Diagnostic & Imaging Centre, Bangladesh Dhaka. The payment schedule is structured as follows:

Advance Payment (30%): BDT 1,733,280 due within 7 working days of signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
Quarterly Installments (20% each): BDT 1,155,520 payable at the end of each calendar quarter (March, June, September, December).
Final Settlement (10%): BDT 577,760 payable upon successful completion of the twelve-month contract term and submission of the final performance report.

5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
The Radiologist engaged under this arrangement must hold a valid registration with the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BDMC) and a recognized postgraduate qualification in Diagnostic Radiology (MRCP, FRCR, or equivalent).
MediScan Diagnostic & Imaging Centre reserves the right to substitute the assigned Radiologist with a qualified equivalent should the primary candidate be unavailable, provided prior written notice of at least fourteen (14) days is given to the client.
All diagnostic reports generated by the Radiologist shall be the intellectual property of Shomron General Hospital. MediScan retains no claim over clinical findings or patient data.
Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Bangladesh.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment is received in full.
All services shall comply with the Bangladesh Radiation Safety and Regulatory Authority (BARSA) guidelines and the national healthcare regulations of Bangladesh Dhaka.

6. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and cost figures outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Radiologist engagement in Bangladesh Dhaka.
