1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Beijing Medical Imaging & Diagnostic Services Co., Ltd. in direct response to the Request for Proposal (RFP-2025-RAD-019) submitted by Beijing Huaxin International Medical Center. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Radiologist to deliver advanced diagnostic imaging interpretation services within the China Beijing metropolitan area. All pricing, terms, and conditions outlined in this Quotation Estimate are specific to the operational context of China Beijing, including applicable local regulations, tax obligations under the People's Republic of China, and the prevailing market rates for specialist medical professionals in the Beijing region.

2. Scope of Radiologist Services

The Radiologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services at the client's facility located in China Beijing:

Interpretation and reporting of all modalities including CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound, and PET-CT scans.
Emergency and on-call radiology coverage, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, as required by the hospital's operational schedule in China Beijing.
Participation in multidisciplinary tumor boards and clinical consultations with referring physicians.
Quality assurance audits of imaging reports and adherence to the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China guidelines.
Mentorship and training of junior radiology residents and technologists at the facility.
Preparation of annual radiology department performance reports for hospital administration.

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in China Beijing.
Payment shall be made in monthly installments within fifteen (15) business days of invoice issuance, via bank transfer to the account designated by Beijing Medical Imaging & Diagnostic Services Co., Ltd.
The Radiologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate must hold a valid practicing license issued by the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China and a subspecialty certification in Diagnostic Radiology.
All services shall be performed in strict compliance with the regulations of the National Health Commission, the Beijing Municipal Health Commission, and applicable data protection laws governing patient medical records in China Beijing.
Either party may terminate this engagement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment shall be applied to the remaining balance of this Quotation Estimate.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
All intellectual property, including radiology reports and diagnostic findings, shall remain the property of the client facility in China Beijing.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration under the Beijing Arbitration Commission in accordance with its then-current rules.

5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms that the scope, pricing, and terms outlined herein are acceptable for the engagement of the Radiologist in China Beijing.
