2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THIS QUOTATION ESTIMATE

This Quotation Estimate has been prepared in response to the formal request submitted by Dr. Anja Hoffmann for the engagement of a qualified Radiologist to provide ongoing diagnostic imaging interpretation services at her private practice located in Germany Frankfurt. The scope of this Quotation Estimate encompasses the full range of professional services, staffing arrangements, and associated costs required to integrate a board-certified Radiologist into the operational framework of the client's facility in Germany Frankfurt. All pricing presented herein is based on current market rates applicable to the Frankfurt am Main metropolitan area and reflects the specific regulatory and professional standards mandated by the German Medical Association (Bundesärztekammer) and the local Ärztekammer Hessen.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS QUOTATION ESTIMATE

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 14 July 2025, all rates and terms must be reconfirmed in writing by Frankfurt Medical Imaging GmbH.
Payment Terms: Invoices shall be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice. Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate under § 288 BGB (German Civil Code).
Professional Standards: The assigned Radiologist shall hold a valid Approbation (medical license) issued by the Regierungspräsidium Darmstadt and shall be a registered member of the Ärztekammer Hessen. All diagnostic interpretations shall comply with the current S3 guidelines of the German Society of Radiology (DGfR).
Data Protection: All patient data processed by the Radiologist in Germany Frankfurt shall be handled in strict accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). A Data Processing Agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag) shall be executed prior to commencement of services.
Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice period of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, all outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date shall remain payable.
Liability: The Radiologist's professional liability is covered by a Berufshaftpflichtversicherung with a minimum coverage of €5,000,000 per claim, as required for medical practitioners operating in Germany Frankfurt.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Frankfurt am Main.
Confidentiality: All information exchanged in connection with this Quotation Estimate, including pricing, patient data, and operational details of the Germany Frankfurt practice, shall be treated as strictly confidential by both parties.

5. ACCEPTANCE AND SIGNATURE

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above. The engagement of the Radiologist in Germany Frankfurt shall commence on the date specified in the subsequent service agreement.
