This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atlas Medical Imaging Center, a licensed diagnostic radiology facility operating in Casablanca, Morocco, to provide comprehensive Radiologist services for the client identified above. The Radiologist assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a valid medical license issued by the Moroccan Ministry of Health, a board certification in Radiology recognized by the Moroccan Society of Radiology, and a minimum of eight (8) years of post-graduate clinical experience in diagnostic and interventional radiology. The Radiologist shall comply with all radiation safety regulations as mandated by the Moroccan Nuclear Regulatory Authority (ASN) and shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 MAD. All services shall be delivered in full compliance with the data protection laws of Morocco, including the Law 09-08 on the Protection of Personal Data, ensuring patient confidentiality and secure handling of radiological images and reports within the Casablanca healthcare ecosystem.
4. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation EstimateImportant Terms Governing This Radiologist Quotation Estimate in Morocco Casablanca
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Radiologist services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Casablanca, Morocco.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon mid-contract milestone; 30% upon final delivery of all Radiologist services. All payments shall be made in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) via bank transfer to the account of Atlas Medical Imaging Center, Casablanca.
- The Radiologist shall be available for a minimum of 40 hours per week at the client's designated facility in Casablanca, Morocco, with additional on-call availability as specified in Line Item 02.
- Any additional Radiologist procedures or services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance shall be confirmed via signed copy of this document or a formal purchase order referencing Quotation No. QE-RAD-CAS-2025-0047.
- All Radiologist reports and diagnostic images generated under this agreement shall be the property of the client, subject to Moroccan medical confidentiality laws. The Radiologist shall retain no copies beyond the statutory retention period of ten (10) years as required by Moroccan health regulations.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disagreement, matters shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, including all applicable healthcare, labor, and commercial legislation.
