The scope of this engagement covers a twelve-month retainer period commencing 1 September 2025 and concluding 31 August 2026, during which the appointed Radiologist shall be available on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 WAT) and on a rotational on-call basis for weekends and public holidays as stipulated by the National Hospital Abuja clinical governance framework.

The Radiologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a valid registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN), a Fellowship of the West African College of Radiology (FWACR), and a minimum of eight (8) years of post-qualification clinical experience in diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, and nuclear medicine. All services shall be rendered in strict compliance with the National Health Act 2014, the MDCN Code of Medical Ethics, and the radiation safety regulations enforced by the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA) in Nigeria Abuja.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond the validity period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Nigeria Abuja.
Payment shall be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to the account designated by Abuja Diagnostic Imaging & Radiology Centre. Invoices are payable within twenty-one (21) days of receipt.
The Radiologist shall submit a written diagnostic report within twenty-four (24) hours for routine imaging and within four (4) hours for emergency or critical findings. All reports shall be uploaded to the hospital's PACS system and a hard copy filed in the patient's medical record.
Any change in scope, additional imaging modalities, or extended on-call requirements beyond those specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written agreement and a revised cost schedule.
The Radiologist is bound by the National Health Act 2014 and the MDCN Code of Medical Ethics regarding patient confidentiality, informed consent, and the duty of care. All data shall be processed in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.
Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of termination, all outstanding invoices for services rendered up to the termination date shall be settled in full.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) and a signed employment or consultancy contract.

Note: All prices quoted in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of any applicable withholding tax (WHT) as determined by the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) for engagements in Nigeria Abuja. The client shall be responsible for remitting WHT at the prevailing rate and providing the Radiologist with the relevant tax credit note.
