This Quotation Estimate is issued by Barcelona Advanced Imaging Centre S.L. to formally propose the provision of comprehensive Radiologist diagnostic imaging services to be delivered at the client’s facility located in Spain Barcelona. The scope encompasses the full spectrum of radiological interpretation, reporting, and on-site consultation as detailed below. All services will be performed in strict compliance with the Spanish National Health System (Sistema Nacional de Salud) regulations, the Catalan Health Service (CatSalut) guidelines, and the European Union Medical Devices Regulation (EU) 2017/745 applicable to diagnostic imaging in Spain Barcelona.
The assigned Radiologist will hold full registration with the Colègi Oficial de Metges de Barcelona (COMB) and the Spanish Ministry of Health. The professional will possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of post-graduate experience in diagnostic radiology, with subspecialty certification in cross-sectional imaging (CT and MRI), interventional radiology, and breast imaging. All reports will be issued in both Spanish and English to accommodate the international patient base of the client’s clinic in Spain Barcelona.

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the Spain Barcelona healthcare sector or changes in applicable Spanish and Catalan tax legislation.
4.2 Payment Terms: Invoicing will be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the account designated by Barcelona Advanced Imaging Centre S.L. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will apply in accordance with Spanish Royal Decree-Law 4/2013 on late payment in commercial transactions.
4.3 Service Delivery: All Radiologist services will be rendered at the client’s premises in Spain Barcelona unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Radiologist will adhere to the clinic’s internal protocols while maintaining full professional and clinical independence in diagnostic interpretation.
4.4 Confidentiality & Data Protection: All patient data will be handled in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights. No patient imaging data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
4.5 Cancellation & Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with sixty (60) days’ written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a pro-rata portion of the one-time setup fee (Ref. 05).
4.6 Liability & Insurance: The Radiologist and Barcelona Advanced Imaging Centre S.L. maintain professional medical malpractice insurance with a minimum coverage of €2,000,000 per claim, as required by the Colègi Oficial de Metges de Barcelona. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of specific diagnostic outcomes.
4.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of Spain, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain Barcelona province.
4.8 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated closures affecting healthcare operations in Spain Barcelona.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the provision of Radiologist services in Spain Barcelona. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall constitute a binding service agreement for the period specified.
