This Quotation Estimate is issued by Valencia Advanced Radiology Centre to formally present the professional fees and associated costs for the services of a qualified Radiologist to be rendered at the client facility located in Spain Valencia. This document serves as a binding financial proposal for the period specified below and outlines all deliverables, hourly rates, and additional charges applicable to the engagement of the Radiologist. All pricing is expressed in Euros (EUR) and is subject to the applicable Spanish Value Added Tax (IVA) at the current rate of 21%, unless otherwise stated.

The Radiologist, Dr. Alejandro Ferrer Navarro, shall provide the following professional services at the client's imaging department in Spain Valencia:

• Interpretation and reporting of all diagnostic imaging studies including X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and mammography.
• Performance and supervision of interventional radiology procedures (biopsies, drainages, embolisations).
• Participation in multidisciplinary tumour board meetings (minimum 2 sessions per month).
• Quality assurance audits of imaging protocols and radiological safety compliance per Spanish Ministry of Health regulations.
• Mentorship and training of resident radiology fellows (up to 4 fellows per rotation).
• Emergency on-call coverage for urgent radiological consultations (rotating schedule, 1 in 7 weeks).

Payment shall be made via direct bank transfer (SEPA) to the account of Valencia Advanced Radiology Centre within 30 calendar days from the date of invoice issuance. Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis, reflecting the Radiologist services rendered during the preceding calendar month. A 15% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Radiologist's availability for the full contract period in Spain Valencia.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Radiologist are subject to renegotiation.
2. The Radiologist shall comply with all applicable Spanish medical regulations, including those issued by the Generalitat Valenciana and the Spanish Ministry of Health regarding diagnostic imaging and patient data protection (RGPD / GDPR).
3. Any additional interventional procedures beyond the estimated 40 per month shall be billed at the unit rate specified in line item 02 of this Quotation Estimate.
4. The client is responsible for providing all necessary imaging equipment, PACS access, and a suitable clinical workspace for the Radiologist at the facility in Spain Valencia.
5. Either party may terminate the agreement with 60 days' written notice. In such case, the Radiologist shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date.
6. All patient data handled by the Radiologist shall be processed in strict accordance with Spanish data protection law and the facility's internal confidentiality protocols.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract. A formal service agreement shall be executed upon mutual acceptance of these terms.
8. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.
