3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all fees and rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Zimbabwe Harare, including currency fluctuations and regulatory fee adjustments.
3.2 Payment terms: Invoices shall be issued on the last working day of each calendar month and are payable within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Zimbabwean commercial law.
3.3 The Radiologist shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of USD 500,000 per claim, registered with the Medical Board of Zimbabwe and compliant with all ZMDC directives applicable to radiological practice in Zimbabwe Harare.
3.4 All diagnostic reports produced by the Radiologist shall be delivered within twenty-four (24) hours for routine studies and within four (4) hours for emergency and urgent cases, in accordance with the service-level agreements of Harare Central Medical Centre.
3.5 This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of imaging equipment, contrast media, or consumables, which shall be procured separately by the facility. Any additional interventional procedures beyond the estimated six per month shall be billed at the per-unit rate specified in Item 03.
3.6 The engagement period under this Quotation Estimate is for an initial term of twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement. Either party may terminate the contract with sixty (60) days written notice.
3.7 All services rendered by the Radiologist shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe, and any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Arbitration Act [Chapter 7:15].
Important Note: All monetary values in this Quotation Estimate are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) as per the prevailing multi-currency framework in Zimbabwe. The Radiologist's fees are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 15%, which shall be added to the final invoice where applicable. This Quotation Estimate reflects the professional fees of the Radiologist only and does not encompass institutional overheads, equipment maintenance, or facility management costs.By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Quotation Estimate for Radiologist services in Zimbabwe Harare.
