This Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Robotics Solutions Pty Ltd to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Robotics Engineer to deliver design, development, integration, and commissioning services for an automated robotic system. All services will be performed in Australia Sydney, in full compliance with Australian Standards (AS/NZS), the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW), and applicable local council regulations. This document serves as a formal Quotation Estimate and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute a formal Service Agreement.

The Robotics Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following deliverables and activities, all conducted within the Australia Sydney metropolitan area:

Requirements Analysis & Feasibility Study: Conduct a thorough assessment of the client's operational requirements, site conditions, and production targets at the designated facility in Sydney. Deliver a feasibility report within 10 business days of project commencement.
System Design & Architecture: Design the complete robotic cell or line, including mechanical structure, end-effectors, safety fencing, control systems (PLC/IPC), and integration interfaces. All designs will comply with AS 4024 (Safety of Industrial Robots) and relevant Australian electrical standards.
Robot Programming & Commissioning: Program and commission the robotic hardware (e.g., 6-axis industrial robot, collaborative robot, or AGV) to meet specified cycle times, accuracy tolerances, and throughput requirements. On-site commissioning will be performed at the client's premises in Sydney, NSW.
Integration & Testing: Integrate the robotic system with existing production lines, SCADA/ERP systems, and safety interlocks. Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) in accordance with the agreed test protocol.
Documentation & Handover: Provide as-built drawings, electrical schematics, program source code, operator manuals, maintenance schedules, and a comprehensive training package for the client's in-house technical team in Australia Sydney.
Post-Commissioning Support: Offer a 90-day warranty period with on-call support for any defects or performance deviations identified after the system is handed over.

The following Quotation Estimate outlines the projected costs for the Robotics Engineer engagement. All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (10%) unless otherwise stated.

This Quotation Estimate assumes the client will supply all robotic hardware, sensors, actuators, and third-party control equipment. Costs for hardware procurement are excluded from this estimate.
The Robotics Engineer will work standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 AEST) at the client's site in Australia Sydney. Overtime or after-hours work will be billed at 1.5× the applicable hourly rate.
Any scope changes exceeding 10% of the originally defined work will require a revised Quotation Estimate and written client approval before additional work commences.
Travel beyond the Sydney metropolitan area (greater than 50 km from Sydney CBD) will be charged at $0.85 per km plus overnight accommodation at actual cost.

25% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Service Agreement.
30% upon completion of System Design & Engineering (Milestone 1).
30% upon successful Site Acceptance Testing (Milestone 2).
15% upon final handover, documentation delivery, and training completion (Milestone 3).
All invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issue. Late payments will attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Australian Consumer Law.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, rates and availability of the Robotics Engineer may be subject to revision.
Apex Robotics Solutions Pty Ltd shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than AUD $10,000,000 and public liability insurance of no less than AUD $20,000,000 throughout the engagement period in Australia Sydney.
The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Australian workplace health and safety legislation, including the NSW Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and the Safe Work Australia model codes.
All intellectual property created specifically for the client under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. Pre-existing IP of the Robotics Engineer or Apex Robotics Solutions remains the property of the respective owner.
Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia Sydney.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Robotics Engineer to deliver the services described herein in Australia Sydney. This acceptance does not constitute a contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
