The Robotics Engineer assigned to this project will provide the following professional services to the client's facilities located in Colombia Bogotá:
- Design and development of robotic automation systems for the client's manufacturing line, including kinematic modeling, trajectory planning, and end-effector selection.
- Programming and commissioning of industrial robotic arms (6-axis and SCARA configurations) for pick-and-place, welding, and assembly operations.
- Integration of robotic cells with existing PLC systems, vision sensors, and safety interlocks compliant with IEC 60204-1 and Colombian technical standards (NTC).
- Conducting a full risk assessment and safety audit of the robotic workspace in accordance with Colombian occupational health and safety regulations (Resolución 0312 de 2019).
- Provision of technical documentation, including P&ID diagrams, electrical schematics, and operator training manuals in both Spanish and English.
- On-site supervision and troubleshooting support for a period of 90 days following system commissioning at the client's Colombia Bogotá facility.
The Robotics Engineer proposed for this engagement holds a Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, with over 12 years of progressive experience in industrial robotics. The Robotics Engineer is certified by FANUC, ABB, and KUKA for advanced robotic programming and system integration. Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three installments via bank transfer to the account designated by Andes Robotics Solutions S.A.S. in Colombia Bogotá:
- 40% upon signing of the service agreement and issuance of the formal invoice (Factura de Venta).
- 40% upon successful commissioning and acceptance of the robotic system by the client's technical team.
- 20% upon completion of the 90-day post-commissioning support period.
All amounts are quoted in Colombian Pesos (COP). Late payments shall accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Colombian law (Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia).
6.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in component costs and exchange rates.
6.2. The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Colombian labor laws, occupational safety regulations, and environmental norms in force in Colombia Bogotá during the execution of the project.
6.3. The client agrees to provide the Robotics Engineer with safe access to the work area, necessary utilities (electrical, compressed air), and any existing technical documentation required for system integration.
6.4. Intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred upon full payment. General methodologies, proprietary algorithms, and pre-existing tools remain the property of Andes Robotics Solutions S.A.S.
6.5. Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before implementation. Additional costs arising from scope changes will be itemized in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
6.6. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Colombia Bogotá, in accordance with Colombian procedural law.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of robotic hardware (arms, controllers, end-effectors, safety fencing, or vision systems). Hardware procurement shall be addressed in a separate commercial proposal. All prices are exclusive of any additional taxes or levies that may be imposed by the city of Bogotá or the national government after the date of this document.By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the Robotics Engineer services to be performed in Colombia Bogotá.
