The Robotics Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following core activities within the Germany Munich operational area:

2.1 System Design and Architecture

The Robotics Engineer shall design, model, and validate robotic systems for industrial applications. This includes the development of kinematic models, control algorithms, and sensor integration frameworks. The Robotics Engineer will work in close coordination with the client's existing engineering teams located in the Munich metropolitan area, including facilities in the districts of Schwabing, Sendling, and the industrial zone of Frisching.

2.2 Prototyping and Testing

The Robotics Engineer will oversee the construction of functional prototypes, conduct rigorous stress testing, and ensure compliance with German and European safety standards (DIN EN ISO 10218, DIN EN ISO/TS 15066). All testing will be performed at the designated laboratory facility in Germany Munich, with the Robotics Engineer maintaining full documentation of test results and iterative improvements.

2.3 Integration and Commissioning

The Robotics Engineer will manage the integration of robotic subsystems into the client's production line or research environment. This phase includes PLC programming, HMI configuration, network communication setup (PROFINET, EtherCAT), and final commissioning. The Robotics Engineer will ensure seamless interoperability with existing equipment and software platforms.

2.4 Training and Knowledge Transfer

As part of this Quotation Estimate, the Robotics Engineer will deliver a minimum of 40 hours of structured training to the client's internal staff. Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes a project duration of approximately six (6) months commencing from the date of contract signature. Any extension of the Robotics Engineer's assignment beyond the initial period will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued no later than 14 days prior to the original end date. All rates are fixed for the duration specified in this Quotation Estimate and are not subject to mid-project adjustment.
  • 30% Advance Payment: Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. Amount: EUR 121,094.40 (incl. VAT).
  • 40% Milestone Payment: Due upon completion of the prototyping and testing phase (approximately Month 3). Amount: EUR 161,459.20 (incl. VAT).
  • 30% Final Payment: Due upon successful commissioning, training delivery, and acceptance of the final handover package. Amount: EUR 121,094.40 (incl. VAT).
  • All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Vogel & Partner Engineering GmbH, IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, BIC: COBADEFFXXX, located in Germany Munich.
  • Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate under German commercial law (HGB §288).
  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for 90 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, all rates and availability of the Robotics Engineer must be reconfirmed in writing.
  • The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all applicable German labor laws, data protection regulations (GDPR / DSGVO), and occupational safety requirements (Arbeitsschutzgesetz) while operating in Germany Munich.
  • Intellectual property developed by the Robotics Engineer during the course of this engagement shall be owned by the client, as stipulated in the separate Master Services Agreement (MSA).
  • Vogel & Partner Engineering GmbH shall maintain professional liability insurance (Berufshaftpflichtversicherung) with a minimum coverage of EUR 5,000,000 per claim throughout the duration of the Robotics Engineer's assignment.
  • Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date, plus a cancellation fee of 10% of the remaining contract value.
  • All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive jurisdiction shall be the courts of Germany Munich (Landgericht München I).
  • This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement referencing this document.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for the Robotics Engineer services in Germany Munich and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial figures outlined herein. This signature authorizes Vogel & Partner Engineering GmbH to proceed with the recruitment, scheduling, and deployment of the Robotics Engineer as described in Section 2.
