All services described herein will be delivered by qualified personnel based in and operating out of India Bangalore, leveraging the region's robust engineering ecosystem, access to premier technical institutions, and a deep bench of experienced robotics professionals.

The Robotics Engineer engagement under this Quotation Estimate encompasses the following deliverables and activities:

• Requirements Analysis & System Architecture: Conducting detailed feasibility studies, defining mechanical and electrical specifications, and producing a complete system architecture document for the robotic platform.
• Mechanical Design & Fabrication Oversight: Designing end-effectors, grippers, structural frames, and actuator assemblies using industry-standard CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA). Supervising fabrication at local workshops in India Bangalore.
• Electrical & Control System Development: Designing PCB layouts, selecting PLCs/microcontrollers, wiring harnesses, sensor arrays (LiDAR, IMU, force/torque sensors), and implementing real-time control algorithms.
• Software & Firmware Development: Programming in C/C++, Python, and ROS/ROS2. Developing navigation stacks, computer vision modules, and HMI interfaces. Ensuring OTA update capability.
• Integration, Calibration & Testing: Full-system integration at the India Bangalore facility, multi-axis calibration, stress testing, safety validation per IS 80000 and ISO 10218 standards, and FAT/SAT documentation.
• Deployment, Training & Handover: On-site installation at the client's India Bangalore location, operator training (minimum 5 days), documentation handover, and a 12-month warranty support window.

• 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Master Service Agreement.
• 40% upon successful completion of FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) at our India Bangalore facility.
• 20% upon successful SAT (Site Acceptance Test) at the client's India Bangalore premises.
• 10% upon final documentation handover and commencement of the warranty period.
• All payments to be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account specified in the invoice. Invoices will be raised in INR.

• This Quotation Estimate assumes the client will provide a dedicated, climate-controlled workspace (minimum 200 sq. ft.) at the India Bangalore project site for the duration of deployment.
• Third-party hardware (motors, servos, controllers, sensors) costs are excluded unless explicitly listed. A separate Bill of Materials (BOM) will be shared upon request.
• Any scope change exceeding 10% of the original deliverables will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval.
• The Robotics Engineer team will operate on standard business hours (09:00 – 18:00 IST, Mon–Fri). Overtime or weekend work will be billed at 1.5× the applicable weekly rate.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, labor market conditions in India Bangalore, or applicable tax regulations. Acceptance of this estimate constitutes agreement to all terms, conditions, and assumptions outlined herein. A formal Purchase Order or signed Service Agreement must be received within the validity window to confirm the engagement.

All proprietary designs, source code, firmware, and technical documentation developed by the Robotics Engineer team under this engagement shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Our firm in India Bangalore shall not reuse, disclose, or license any client-specific IP to third parties without written consent. A mutual NDA is recommended prior to the commencement of detailed design work.
