Thank you for your request for a Quotation Estimate regarding the deployment and integration of a Robotics Engineer to support the automation upgrade of your manufacturing facility located in Ivory Coast Abidjan. This Quotation Estimate has been prepared specifically for the operational requirements of your production line in Ivory Coast Abidjan, taking into account the local industrial infrastructure, regulatory environment, and the specific automation challenges identified during our preliminary site assessment conducted on 28 May 2025.
Scope of ServicesThe Robotics Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will provide the following services at your facility in Ivory Coast Abidjan:
- Design, programming, and commissioning of industrial robotic arms (6-axis) for assembly and packaging operations.
- Integration of robotic systems with existing PLC-controlled production lines.
- Development of custom end-effectors and gripper mechanisms tailored to your product specifications.
- Implementation of safety interlocks, light curtains, and emergency stop systems compliant with Ivorian industrial safety regulations.
- Training of up to eight (8) SIIA technical staff on operation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of the robotic systems.
- Provision of a comprehensive technical documentation package including wiring diagrams, program source code, and maintenance schedules.
- On-site support and warranty service for a period of twelve (12) months following commissioning.

- 30% advance payment (XOF 28,833,300) upon signing of the contract and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% progress payment (XOF 38,444,400) upon completion of Phase 2 (installation) and verified by the Robotics Engineer's site report.
- 25% on commissioning (XOF 24,027,750) upon successful completion of Phase 3 and system acceptance.
- 5% retention (XOF 4,805,550) released upon expiry of the 12-month warranty period, subject to satisfactory performance.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of AFRIKATRONICS ENGINEERING & AUTOMATION, CI-ABJ-2019-B-4521, within fifteen (15) calendar days of invoice issuance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rates, or availability of the Robotics Engineer.
- The Robotics Engineer and support team shall be provided with appropriate workspace, power supply (3-phase 400V), and access to the production floor at the SIIA facility in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
- Any scope changes or additional requirements beyond those stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written agreement and additional cost assessment.
- The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Ivorian labour laws, industrial safety regulations, and environmental standards in force in Ivory Coast Abidjan at the time of execution.
- Intellectual property developed specifically for SIIA under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. General methodologies, libraries, and pre-existing IP remain the property of AFRIKATRONICS.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment has been received.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms that the scope of work, costs, and terms are acceptable, and authorizes AFRIKATRONICS ENGINEERING & AUTOMATION to proceed with the engagement of the Robotics Engineer for the project in Ivory Coast Abidjan as described herein.
